The IEEE Computation Intelligence Society seeks to publish the highest quality scientific and educational materials in the areas within its scope, including but not limited to neural networks, fuzzy systems, and evolutionary computation. It seeks to publish these materials in the most timely fashion possible, with wide and rapid dissemination to its members and the public at large. We currently publish three premier Transactions, the IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks, the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems and the IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation. Additionally, we co-sponsor the following: the IEEE Transactions on Autonomous Mental Development, the IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, the IEEE Transactions on Computational Intelligence and AI in Games, the IEEE Transactions on Nanobioscience, the IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, the IEEE Transactions on Affective Computing, and the IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid. Through Councils we also support the following transactions: IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology and the IEEE Systems Journal. CIS publishes the high quality Computational Intelligence Magazine as a benefit of membership in CIS and sponsors an IEEE Press/Wiley book series on computational intelligence. You can subscribe to all three of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society's main Transactions by taking advantage of the Society's Computational Intelligence Package. The package provides a significant discount to members of the Society. All Transactions submissions and review go through Manuscript Central.
