Technical Activities

Technical Committees are the centers of expertise of our Society: they are responsible for developing and applying technologies and methodologies as well as developing standards.

Publications

The Society sponsors or co-sponsors archival journals, which are world-renowned scholarly references in research and profession in our field of interest. The Computational Intelligence Series by the IEEE Press constitutes a fundamental collection of books concerning consolidated scientific and professional knowledge and advanced research in all technologies, methodologies and applications of computational intelligence.
The Society publishes also the IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine, a quarterly publication introducing the reader to the world and knowledge on computational intelligence and presenting some news about the Society's life and events.

Members receive unlimited free access to the on-line electronic versions of our major journals through IEEE Xplore during the membership period, the IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine, the IEEE Spectrum, and the IEEE Institute. Members enjoy special rates on all printed journals and other on-line journals sponsored by our Society. Discounts are also available to them on all the other IEEE printed and on-line publications.

Conferences

The Society sponsors or co-sponsors conferences and workshops. These meetings are directed towards encouraging interaction among scientists and professionals for challenging the computational intelligence technologies and applications and discussing the most recent achievements.

Chapters

Direct and continuous participation to the life of the Society is promoted by Chapters at local and regional levels. Chapters offer a platform that continuously links the Society and you, especially when you become one of our valued members.
